Join our Sales Operations team as a Salesforce Solutions Administrator We need a smart problem solver who is passionate about Salesforce and thinks outside of the box to enhance our Salesforce implementation. By developing a key pillar of our Sales, Enterprise, Service, and Marketing groups, you'll have a unique opportunity to directly contribute to our company growth, gain exposure cross-functionally, and further hone your expertise. What you'll do: Collaborating cross-functionally with end-users and partner teams, including Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Development, and IT Project and delivery management on quarterly initiatives and vendor-related implementations of third party plug-ins Design and implement Salesforce solutions using standard configuration and establish configurations best practices Develop and deliver documentation/presentations to end users to illustrate solutions, new functionality, and training for end-users As new functionality is released, design, coordinate, and execute on testing processes to reinforce quality assurance and ensure excellent user experience Strong organization and time management skills A commitment to optimizing for an excellent user experience An ability to communicate effectively, translating technical information in a non-technical manner Experience with designing or managing processes and projects 4 year(s) of experience as a Salesforce Administrator preferably across Sales & Marketing clouds and with Customer Community implementations (particularly in building custom objects, page layouts, formula fields, workflow rules, sharing rules, validation rules, process builder, visual workflow, general Salesforce1 configuration, Data Loader, and Microsoft Excel) Experience with or desire to work with NetSuite is a plus Diversity is important to us: At the heart of our company is a diverse group of employees who rely on their intimate knowledge of customer requirements and a unique blend of skill and innovation to develop and deliver the best possible products and services.
